Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. T&C Related Warranty

  • 1 Year Warranty Cover in Handle Lock.
  • 2 Years Warranty in Push-Pull Models.
  • 1 Year Battery for Lithium-ion Batteries.
  • Warranty covers electric parts lock body for 2 years from date of purchase.
  • Physical damages like handle broken or lock breaking are not covered.
  • Colour/coating (chrome finish etc.) has no warranty and may get damaged due to chemicals like nail paint remover, detergents, or cleaning liquids.

2. T&C Related Door & Installation

  • 35 mm to 70 mm door thickness required for Handle Models.
  • 35 mm to 90 mm door thickness required for Push-Pull Models.
  • Minor uneven finishing may occur during installation (normal and non-compensable).
  • Only first installation visit is free.
  • Second visit will be chargeable if installation is incomplete due to customer-related issues.
  • Frame cutting for marble/granite will incur additional cost.

3. T&C Related Smart Lock Usage

  • Keep manual keys for emergencies.
  • Face recognition may not work accurately with beard.
  • Fingerprint recognition may not work accurately for aged people.
  • Requires 2.4 GHz WiFi for mobile app usage.
  • Unlock notifications appear only when bell symbol is pressed.
  • Please understand all features before purchase.

4. T&C Related Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Used/damaged products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refund processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • Refund issued via original payment method.
  • Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Installed/used products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Exchange allowed for equal or lesser value products.
  • Conditions may vary based on product type.

5. T&C Related Product Delivery

  • Same day delivery after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking number and product photos/videos will be shared.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to holidays or unforeseen situations.
  • Customer must provide correct delivery address.
  • Second delivery attempt may incur extra charges.
  • Report damaged product within 24 hours.
  • Replacement/refund provided after verification.
